Dyno Dynamics 450DS

Shook Motorsports has a fully operational 2WD Dyno Dynamics 450DS. This is an Eddy current load cell dyno with a general capacity of 1200hp. The dyno is available seven days a week for base line pulls and is also available for rental by the hour or a per day basis. Rental of the dyno includes all of the available data logging features (manifold pressure, rpm, inlet air temp, AND wide band O2) as well as print outs of which ever graphs you may need for your tuning requirements. Shook Motorsports also has a mini weather station so that the SAE correction factor can be properly calibrated.

Base Line Pulls: $65 (with WBO2 readings)

Hourly Rental: $85 (with WBO2 readings)

Daily Rental: $700 (multiple day discounts are available)

Dyno Days/Club Rental: These will be quoted on a per club basis, so please call for details and available dates. 

Tuning:

Every car that is tuned at Shook Motorsports is tuned on the Dyno Dynamics 450DS. The load cell capacity of the Dyno Dynamics 450DS gives Shook Motorsports the ability to tune the cells of the fuel and ignition maps in a steady state of load. This allows for very accurate tuning of all areas of the fuel and ignition maps especially those areas that are only partially accessible through street tuning. This gives the car OEM drive-ability as well as better than OEM fuel mileage. In addition to the fuel and timing maps all of the other features of the ECU are tuned as well including tip in throttle response, idle quality, and start up. All tunes come with continuing support, so if you run into a problem with the tune it will be fixed free of charge. This doesn't mean that I will re-tune your car for free if you upgrade the turbo, but if you find a stumble it will be fixed free of charge.

Tuning Service: $700

Dyno Tuning Hourly: $120/hr (most cars will fall under the flat fee, but occasionally there are one's that do not)
